I think being able to paste with the middle button is great, and I would
really like that behaviour in Windows as well.
This is a clear consequence of Abdels patch but it doesn't harm since on
Windows no program I know does paste via via the middle mouse button. I
also don't think that we need to have "Unix feeling" on Windows.
With this reasoning we could you just skip LyX for Windows completely.
After all, LaTeX/LyX and programs that work are kind of "unixy", aren't
they ;-) ;-) ;-)
To be more serious, why should we restrict Windows users from
functionality we appreciate elsewhere? If nothing else, it'll be more
work documentating a LyX that LyX behaves differently on the different
platforms.
