Oh but that's a same word with different properties. I was objecting to the idea of selecting part of a word in a given charstyle and continue to another word with a different charstyle. If the selection goes out of the word, the full word should be selected IMO. If someone wants to have part of this word and part of the next word in a different charstyle then he/she should do this operation in two steps, one step per word.
Ok. Using a style on part of a word is at least normal, when documenting
a menu you underline the hotkeys, for example. But it is of course no
need to carry that underline on to the next word.
