One more:
The Add button in converters/formats tabs should be named add/change

I do have a question on the behavior of the converters/formats tabs.
Are the following assumptions true ?

1. The add/delete buttons only change the local information, but the
actual change to the formats/converters is done when pressing apply/save.

2. It will not be possible to delete a format which is the from/to format of
some existing converter.
