Do you have a suggestion how, please? I didn't want to change the binary code.
In this case I'd like to "fallback" to a "if platform == 'mac':" ...

Note, the code copies LyX-2.0 (or if not found LyX-1.6) settings to LyX-2.1 when
1) the destination is empty (no lyxrc.defaults present)
2) the source is existent

Otherwise nothing happens.
