This is weird. The Navigate->Error menu-item shoud alway be enabled!

hyperref - We can't just add \usepackage[options]{hyperref} because we need
to let the user select which options he wants to use, namely, we need to add
a new tab in the document dialog.

ae - This should be an option in the document font list.
I'll add it shortly.

thumbpdf - IMHO it is not very useful. It also requires running of an
external script.
