Thanks Richard, I will take you up on that. If I have time I will also
write a script that extracts them into one line so it is easy to
copy/paste into an email. It seems that such a script would be useful in
the future.
Translators are supposed to subscribe to lyx-docs (which you should
probably subscribe to as release manager, if you aren't already). So
mostly I just send email to that, though there are a handful of other
people I usually cc separately, and maybe we should cc all the folks
Kornel's idea got. But you should definitely send to lyx-docs, as well
as to any individuals.
