Well, this has a drawback: If we do this, then all files using local layouts are not longer exportable to version 2.1. This is a pity, since only the layout syntax changed, no new features are used. I would say we should keep at least the 2.1 format, unless a layout needs later features. What do we gain by having all layouts in current format? Georg
