Pity. I am running out of easy ideas of what to test and would need to have debug session in front of the machine to get real understanding what's going on. I tried to build Qt 5.12.7 and reproduce the problem in this version, but to coerce locally installed Qt to correctly run with lyx turned up to be challenge... At this moment I would like to ask other people on this list, whether they can sucesfully load fonts/test/check_glyphs.lyx and display esint glyphs (in particular oiint and alignment of limits around \int) in any Qt >= 5.12.7 to check whether this is systemic problem or something related to openSuse packaging.
