Congratulations. I am looking forward to QT lyx. I think I am gonna compile CVS soon.... But I don't think you are allowed to distribute binaries of your QT-Windows lyx. QT(Windows) is not GPL compatible. It would probably be better to do a QT-cygwin port with a rootless Xserver on Windows.
