Do you see a menu that says "table-like stuff" ? No. André you need to
start looking beyond how things are implemented and /think/ about what
the /users/ see. The current layout is obscenely obscure (the name
"Tabular" doesn't help much either, but that is not the main issue).
Maybe in your head an eqnarray is a "kind of table", but it's not in
mine and I doubt it is in the minds of many users.
I expect my Math stuff to be under ... the Math menu. I'd really love to
get you into a UI lab and make you watch new users trying to find how to
add a row to an eqnarray !!
Leaving it like it is (undiscoverable, unusable) is no option at all.
