Great. And then in the manual, you add a description of
"Edit->Tabular->Add line" that says: ``add some line somwhere''.
That's really helpful.

Andre, the problem I have with your approach is that you make choices
on purely technical reasons (remove a header file, shave one byte from
InsetMath, remove a LFUN, and some much more laudable goals) and when
it comes to providing a reasonable UI for it, you just say: "I don't
care". When you change the way LyX works, you are responsible for
finding a reasonable UI for it...

John, would a solution be to have a "Table" toplevel menu, so that
people would see that it is enabled when one is in a math array? Hmm,
probably not.
