| Oops, I was wrong. Document set to indent. I set a paragraph to left,
| then added a new paragraph and it changed to block.
But that is correct behaviour, since alignment is a paragraph
modifier, not a document one. (it can be argued that we should have
both... but it really should be done with sty/layout files.)
