Hello I have some equations in my appendix and would like to have numbers like A1, A2, etc for them instead of continuing the numbering from the main section. Is there a way to do this? I am using IEEEtran. I am also trying to get the variables referring to matrices in bold but it seems that everything else after that must also be in bold. Is there a way around this?
