1) Looking at the help, I cannot find the way to type accentuated upper case letters (capital letters with accent). I just found capital A with grave accent typing Alt, ctrl, 7 then shift a. Any clue to guide me.
2) In a title, is there a way to mix character size with bolding and slanting on several lines to reproduce the way it was done on old books. I tried it using title and ctrl new line but the first line(s) are not taken into account in the final document. Thanks and regards Paul
