I've used IObit to Uninstall all Adobe and related PDF software(Foxit...) Uninstall Lyx using IObit. Clean the register with Execute>regedit Searching and deleting all Adobe and Lyx entries. After reboot the computer I've installed Lyx 2.0. Reboot. And finally it works!
