Some have, others probably haven't. We can only fix problems we are aware of, and we had to make pretty much changes. However, the potential problems are of the sort that documents might not compile out of the box after conversion to the 2.1 format, and some manual tweaking is necessary. Nothing of the sort that will eat your documents. You can help by testing: get LyX 2.1beta, make copies of your documents and try if there are issues. Jürgen
