I have to say, this worried me when I first read it, but not as much anymore as
of this weekend...
I did my first supercap swap on an m100 (my nicad was swollen and starting to
corrode) and with the AA batteries removed from the machine the RAM contents
and system RTC stayed intact and running for 7+ hours overnight.
(I have to say, after building five REX modules it was almost like playtime to
work on a through-hole component again) :)
