Something like, "Model-T Tuesdays at Two"! Also, can the chats be logged like on IRC? There have been many times when I've googled for obscure computer related information and only found the answer because someone a decade ago asked the same question on IRC. > And when you say you set up a server does that mean you run the server or > you created a channel and discord company runs the server. > I've never used Discord, either, but I don't think it's like Jitsi, Mumble, or Mastodon — or IRC, even — where you can just run the software on your own private server. Discord's blog brags of how many white supremacist servers they shut down, which implies the company has full control. (It also implies they let the problem fester for a long time, so I'm not sure they should be boasting.) Chat run by a single company is not a deal-breaker for me, but I do prefer open source whenever possible. —b9
