Oh ok, sorry, about that i didn't know you were using the Samsung transform
ultra.
Unfortunately, with that particular phone, you would only hear M.A. read out
the caller ID once per call.
Though, you can download a free talking caller ID app that would repeat the
caller ID information.
If you want you can make the ringtone lower then the speech, or you can use
the volume key to shut off the ringer. But by doing this would lock the
screen and it might make it hard to answer the phone call.
If you have any more questions about this phone. Let me know because I am
currently using this particular phone.

also to have your caller ID, read out the name or number to you, just do
the following.
once the phone is ringing, double or triple tap on the screen and the
ringing would stop, and the caller id would read out, name or number.
if you have a phisical qwerty keyboard, you can also hit your enter key
and it would do as previously mentioned.
