You can download any free talking caller ID, they all would work fine with
the phone.
If you like you can also make things easyer for you to answer the phone
calls by downloading a free app, called, “shake to answer”, this free ap,
would allow you to answer your calls just by shaking the phone, and you can
set the option to answer the phone, and place the call on speaker as soon as
it answers the call. You should have an option to hang up the call by
shaking the phone as well, if I am not mistaking.
Regarding other apps, I don’t know what apps, you are interested in getting…
but I have listed a link at the bottom of this email of a site that has all
the apps, that work well with android, and M.A.

Oh ok, sorry, about that i didn't know you were using the Samsung
transform ultra.
Unfortunately, with that particular phone, you would only hear M.A. read
out the caller ID once per call.
Though, you can download a free talking caller ID app that would repeat
the caller ID information.
If you want you can make the ringtone lower then the speech, or you can
use the volume key to shut off the ringer. But by doing this would lock
the screen and it might make it hard to answer the phone call.
If you have any more questions about this phone. Let me know because I am
currently using this particular phone.

also to have your caller ID, read out the name or number to you, just do
the following.
once the phone is ringing, double or triple tap on the screen and the
ringing would stop, and the caller id would read out, name or number.
if you have a phisical qwerty keyboard, you can also hit your enter key
and it would do as previously mentioned.
