IF you are on t mobile. Do you want a pure touch screen or touch/ keyboard device. If you want the touch only solution which will be always up to date would be the nexus 4. If you wanta touch/keyboard phone then the Samsung relay which is stuck on version 4.1.2 of jelly bean but can be updated through a custom rom for the device. But that’s up to you. I have just ordered the nexus 4 and will use mobile accessibility since I will use mobile accessibility where I know that talkback has limitation and then vise versa.
