When you have share my itunes library selected, there's no need to do anything at all on itunes, apple's web site, or anything of the like. When you have share my itunes library selected, and that machine is on, and itunes is running, when you load itunes on another machine, the computer sharing it's itunes library will show up as a library in the list of devices. You need only to select it in the devices table, then switch to the content table, and you can access everything in the library. Of course, this won't help if the contents is protected, such as audible content, your machine will still need to be authorized to play the content, regardless of where it's being served from.
