Okay, see if this helps.

Firstly launch 1 Password and enter your "Master Password" and hit return,
you'll hear the familiar 1 password unlocking sound and all passwords and other
data will be available for you to manipulate.

at this point focus is directed to the "Search" edit box where you can type in
a word to search for, this may be part of a login name or whatever, type in
what you want here and press return.

Focus is then directed to a list of "Search Results" in the form of a table
with multiple columns, the first column is a graphic of some sort and the
second is the title of the item, you'll have to interact with the table at this
point with VO to navigate it.

When you've navigated to what you're looking for you can use the options
available and these will change depending on the sort of item you're dealing
with, if you're dealing with a "login" item then you'll obviously have items to
deal with logging into the particular site as well as the usual edit and other
manipulation options and I won't deal with all of these in this message in
order that the content be kept brief and to the point <smile>.

So supposing you're looking at a "login" item and you wish to "login" to the
site the item refers to? The easy way to do this is to use the shortcut
command-option-return, this opens Safari which in tern opens the "login" web
page, at that point press command-\ and 1 Password will fill in the "login"
details for you.

This procedure generally works but its still a bit irratic I've found and I'm
hoping the developers will be doing further work here, normally one should only
have to use the command-option-return shortcut to have 1 Password open and
"login" to the site.
