Hi, well there is not a iphone4g but I assume you mean iphone4 and yes the iphone4s has a much better camera. It has a 8 mega pix camera and the iphone4 has a 5 mega pix one. Also the iphone4s has a much bigger lens and other hardware with in the camera that makes it a much better camera also don't forget the processer is much better and that is a bigger issue then the camera. It has the same amount of ram but I think faster ram and you can also if you wish to do so get more storage up to 64 gb and this is a much bigger issue for some than the camera! Also you have the new voice command and to most this is the biggest reason to upgrade ! So for the upgrade issue there are plenty of reason to upgrade if your contract is up and especially if you still have the iphone3gs! HTH and JST !
