Andy, when you hear the startup chime hold down command r for at most 30
seconds, might be much less on an Air though. The recovery partition
should boot up and you can start VoiceOver with command f5. The rest
should be self explanatory but if not please ask for further help.

not come with a back up disk. So, how do we go about reinstalling the OS in an
