Under 320 MB 10.0.4 regularly went to disk (as opposed to town ;) but under
10.1 that seems to have improved markedly. You might be able to get away
with 256 MB for basic browsing and that kind of stuff (I really don't see
how people could even dream of running OS X under the default 128 MB that
most Macs shipped with up to the release of the latest crop of machines).
