Rogers should have Mac compatible cards available. I would check with
their Mac tech people about whether you should be able to run the card
they gave you or whether you need to exchange it. Alternately, you could
check with the card's manufacturer on the net.

I would expect any DSL router to have an uplink port. This is the port
you would use to connect to your hub. I have had no problems with my
Linksys SR41 (4 port switch). You can buy DSL routers without an
integrated Ethernet switch if you want to use your hub. Note: a true
switch is better than a hub if there is much traffic (more than 2
computers using it at once).

I would think it is OK, you could check some tech details to make sure
the IIcx PS delivers at least as much power (watts) as the OEM 650/7100
PS. Since the IIcx had a lot of support for add-in cards I would expect
it would produce a decent output. Any problems aren't likely to develop
unless you have a lot of add-in cards, drives, etc. hooked up.
