Oh, I agree with you on UPS, but Fedex has never, *ever* zapped me for
PST/GST in dozens of transactions. In fact I believe they say right up front
that if you ship at express rates, it covers all border charges, etc. UPS
gets me everytime. When it happens 90 % of the time with Canada Post and 0 %
of the time with fedex, I'd say more than luck of the draw is involved. And
where I buy memory, from www.coastmemory.com doesn't use ups, to my
recollection.
