Hi,

I'm desperately trying to get into my newly inherited Mac Classic to clean
and upgrade, but there has to be some kind of secret to getting into the
case!
I've removed the four visible torx screws but there seems to be a fifth
attachment, which is not visible, at the top front of the case.

According to macfaq.org: 'taking apart a Plus or earlier, to remove the
fifth screw INSIDE the battery cover'
But on the Classic, what appears to be a battery cover offers no additional
screws.

Does anyone have any clues?? or better still a service manual doc? (all the
links for these I've found are dead)

Thanks in advance

Andy
