I don't have a Lombard (although I sold one recently), but I do have
a Pismo. Same form factor, just FireWire instead of SCSI, and a much
faster system bus. It is a 500MHz G3, 384MB of RAM, tiny 6GB hard
disk. Only problem I have found so far is that the screen hinge is
not super-tight, and when it first powers on, some colours look
grainy (moving the screen a degree or two seems to fix this).
Battery lasts just over 1 hour. DVD drive included.
Anyway, normally these sell for about £275-300+ on eBay. Due to the
small issues above I am looking for £230. Postage would be about £8 I
guess, but I live in Central London, so pick-up (and demonstration)
is possible. The laptop is with a friend this weekend (he asked to
borrow it to try out Mac OS X as he is moving towards getting himself
a Mac Mini), but I get it back Monday/Tuesday next week.
