Hi Heather, If you mean a newsletter that you wish to distribute by email or have available to download from a site then Apple's iWork 05 software is actually quite good for this sort of thing, I did a newsletter for a group recently and found it far better than office and far cheaper than pro software from the big guns... If you meant to say you wish to start an email list or forum for a particular topic of interest of which you wish to moderate or act as list mom then someone else will hopefully step in here and help out...
