Thanks for the information.

Yuk..in the meantime I have to use a PC laptop to collect my mail when
out, instead of just using it for testing. And to think that I was
worried about keeping the mail syncronized between my mini and the iBook
a few weeks ago! Time to investigate Thunderbird...sigh.
