Spotlight is a maddening thing for most of my searches. I found today that it is also case sensitive so mad didn't find MAD. I trust that if Apple don't make it functional then the 3rd party software devs will start offering ways to customise it.
I am sure that Entourage and Spotlight Will function together at some point future.
