Hi

Is anybody on this list in or around Edinburgh?

I'm having a clear-out of all my older stuff - don't have the time to contemplate postage, so it will have to be collected.

I'm not going to ask for silly prices for any of this stuff - only what it's worth to you. Make me an offer.

The list starts with a Power Mac 9600/350, three hard drives, built- in cd and Zip drive with a whopping 1.5 gig of RAM. The RAM alone is worth hundreds. Monitor and keyboard included. Presently running 9.2.2.

There is a one-piece 5500, forget what it says on the label. This cracker has been upgraded with a 5500/6500 logic board and it's maxed out with RAM . Running 9.2.2. Comes complete with external hard drive and cd writer. All SCSI
and power cabling included.

Next in line is a 6500 desktop - full spec, plus I'm presently fitting a Zip drive - you'll be aware of the daft problem with the too-short SCSI cable. Have the appropriate bezel and cable - just a bit short of time.

I have three or four 630s upgraded with 6500 boards. Most maxed out with RAM and running somewhere between
8.6 and 9.2.2 - expect I can find keyboards, mice, monitors etc.

There are two 6100s available as well - both now fitted with cd drives. Forget which flavour of the OS, but going.

An operational Quadra, with built-in cd drive, running 7.6.1. If you're strong enough to get it out of my loft, you can have
a LaserWriter II NT to go with it..

Lots more - a SCSI Zip drive, another Yamaha SCSI cd burner, PC monitors with Mac adapters and so on. Even have a couple of older PCs running Win 95. All fully operational. Usual array of external SCSI hard drives, PCI cards etc.

Piles and piles of legacy software, including TechTool Pro.

Please get back to me if you're even slightly interested. Everything is negotiable. Lots more, too much to list.

Regards

David
