The issue is simple to fix, though. Although you can plug all the
cables
in without any problem, if you inspect the connectors closely, you'll
see that they're not round at the very end, but actually
triangular. You
can push all the cables in, but unless the triangular bit of molded
plastic lines up properly with its socket you'll get a very pathetic
sound.
Try twisting the cables in their sockets whilst applying pressure to
plug them in. You get a satisfying 'clunk' as they plug in. DO NOT
HAVE
THE SOUND ON WHEN DOING THIS. These speakers are LOUD and if you have
them cranked up when you slot them in, you'll have a heart attack!
