I think this line needs some make over. If you build the Aqua
native version based on Milestone 200 you won't need the
--with-epm=internal --disable-pasf --with-build-version...
--disable-fontconfig --disable-neon --with-gnu-cp any longer.
Mac OS X cp is sufficient after the great work of Christian
Lohmaier.
Okay. How do I force a "make clean" with the changed configuration?
Having figured I'd been fiddling with the wrong files I cleaned out
my tree and got the tree again. Applying the patches to the correct
files seems to have solved my problem - build is currently in progress.
For m200 my ./configure just contains --with-lang="de en-US"
--disable-build-mozilla --without-nas --disable-gtk
and currently --disable-odk but that's mostly to save time and in
addition the ODK may not work for native yet.
Okay, perhaps the wiki will get updated to reflect this.
I don't know anything about buildbot
Buildbots are automated OOo compiling machines connected to a
server which serve as "slaves" to coders who want to test their
patches on a wide base of pc architectures and operating systems.
I'm not sure if this will really help me.
Me neither. As long as you just want to see an aqua native OOo you
would be dissapointed. Native OOo runs but it lacks some important
features before we can announce an early alpha version.
That's understood.
If you want to help us coding, developing or something related
building OOo will surely help you and us.
Anything that I can automate. Not much of a programmer unfortunately
but might be able to help with anything Python related.
Not much of a wiz at the this kind of stuff anyway. Is Build 88
related to
m200?
No build 88 is based on m196.
After I filed the issue for Pavel I will connect my Buildbot back
to termite and start a build of a aqua native version based on m200
If required I can make my x86 build available.
