I don't know in your place, but over here there are schools running Tiger on
second generation iMacs (the first ones with Firewire). And I do not see a
shift in redistributing wealth to education and welfare happening in the
current powerbalance in the EU. So this type of organisation will use these
machines until they fade away.





Uni: the same applies because of the above.



I tend to disagree: what about the Jobs statement about a iPhone/iPod-touch
SDK in februari with Apple approved apps? As far as I know, these are
Tiger/Leopard OS machines running on a ARM processor. So building universal
would help immensely to get OpenOffice running on iPhone.
