As far as I know MacFUSE has nothing to do with Chrome, but there are other 
products that need it.

":wq" is only needed if you use the command line editor vi to edit the 
uninstall script. ":wq" tells vi to save (write) the file and quit. The 
important thing is replacing 10 with 11 (or adding 11 for that matter) and then 
saving the file. 

Since the uninstall script is owned by root, you might be unable to save it 
after editing it, depending on the editor you use. That's why Michael suggests 
using vi in Terminal.
