I don't know if this will help, but the 10.2.3 upgrade also updated 
Mail. I just checked the Import option and it says that Mail will 
import the following mailboxes:

Entourage
Outlook Express
Claris Emailier (2.0v3)
Netscape (4.0+)
Eudora
Mail for Mac OS X
Standard mbox files

I don't have Entourage, so I could not follow it through very far to 
see what all would be imported.
