I found and downloaded the firmware upgrade for the J2550 print server. 
However, it appears to be available only for Windows (it's an .exe 
file). I do have Virtual PC and so may be able to install it that way. 
Do you recall having to do that, or did you somehow find a Mac version 
of the firmware upgrader?
