I'm pulling out my hair!! EEEEk A client had me download some important files in the .sitx format that was created by Stuffit.
They just won't open, no matter what I do. I even bought the newest version of Stuffit Deluxe 11, and STILL the files will not open. I've tried it on my PC, using Stuffit Standard, which is supposed to open .sitx files. Still no luck. Research via Google shows it's not an uncommon problem with OS X. Stuffit FAQs says to use Stuffit to open the files, and it's supposed to work fine. Has anyone had this experience?
