Just really believe in customer service and well, being kind and offering a good product or service. Umm AT&T ain't on that list for me. I have become disillusioned with Verizon as well. And since I will be traveling over seas more often Verizon and my large bill doesn't work there. So I refuse to pay more to have that service when other cellular companies offer that at no extra charge. Like I said takes all kinds to make the world go round.
