I'm new to DSL/broadband, so please bear with me.

I am looking to start a business in the very near future. It's a dental
practice. There are no longer ANY Mac-based dental practice management
programs, so, I'll be using PC's. :-O

Anyway, long-story short, I plan to set up a VPN between my house and the
office, so on the days that I am not working, my wife can take calls and set
up appointments on a laptop PC that we bring home from the office. I will
be getting BellSouth DSL for this, but I'd like to allow my G4 to use the
connection for internet and other connectivity functions as well.

Will the VPN set-up complicate an otherwise simple router network i.e. my
plan was to set up a router/hub combo to direct communication traffic. Will
the fact that I'm setting up a VPN affect this simplicity?

Thanks all.
