Thanks to David Morrison I am able to attempt to build Perl/Tk. But I'm getting a repeated and weird "error"
perl Makefile.PL perl is installed in /System/Library/Perl/darwin okay PPM for perl5.006 ... Checking if your kit is complete... Looks good Generating Dependencies for darwin, win_arch=x ... Extracting ClientWin.c perl: warning: Setting locale failed. perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings: LC_ALL = (unset), LANG = "en" are supported and installed on your system. perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C"). This warning repeats for every subsequent extraction. It's getting old. What do I need to do to make it go away? Is setlocale missing in Mac OS X? Can I get it? Do I have to set up locale definitions? Never having had this be an issue before, I'm not sure how to proceed. -- - Vicki Vicki Brown ZZZ Journeyman Sourceror: P.O.
