No. All ports need to be revbumped (preferrably as soon as possible).
It's just that there were sooooooo many ports that revbumping all
could not be easily done by a single person.

Feel free to start revbumping those on the list (I had problems with
gpsd as well, but I postponed it because I find it weird that it links
against Qt in the first place – that looks like a bug to me).
