While I agree that this should not be the final solution I don't think  
the feature should be removed from voice over. Like it or not, there  
are going to be some elements that we come across that are not labeled  
properly. For those times, the ability to label elements is a good  
thing. I don't like this any more than anyone else does, but it's  
reality.
