Hi.
Well, if you mean CSS on DVDs, you may need to have the libcss-library 
if I understood the description right.
But that shouldn't be a big problem, since most of us (and I hope also 
you) have the VLC Media Player in you'r applications folder on your Mac. 
If so, you have that library needed.
I have this myself, and I reccomand you to try it :)
Btw, HandBrake can convert a DVD into almost everything :)
