Hi Yuma,

You can automatically sync any iPod you like and have the settings
completely separate from those of other iPods. You can, for example,
sync all audiobooks to your iPhone and sync whichever music playlists
you want to your iPod. You can also manage the music on your iPod
manually if you want. When the iPod is connected, focus on its name in
the Source list and tab to the tab control. Choose Summary and check
Manually Manage Music if you want to do it that way. Or if you want to
sync automatically, make sure that check box is unchecked. Then switch
to the Music tab. Choose Selected PLaylists if you only want to sync
part of your iTunes library. Then a list of all your playlists will
appear; check the playlists you want to sync.

Podcasts are managed separately from music; their behavior is
controlled on the POdcasts tab. Again, you can sync all or selected
podcasts, and you can determine whether you want all unplayed
episodes, the most recent episodes, and various other criteria. If you
choose to sync unplayed episodes, any episode you listen to is deleted
automatically the next time you connect your iPod to your computer.

HTH,
Anna
