For listening to podcasts on the Mac, many of us like an app called Downcast. I, for my part, use two things. The Podcast app on my iPhone and iTunes on my Mac. As for searching for a podcast for learning Apple stuff with Voice OVer, I believe that if you do a search for Applevis you will discover exactly what you are looking for. As for handling graphics, you kmight want to be a little more specific.
