Chris, your problem is your tablet or phone doesn’t support flash. Remember that the free PBX interface is based in flash if memory serves. I remember the buttons you mention as being flash controls. Webadmin itself isn’t flash based and you could access that with a direct URL deeper in to your platform but my gut feeling is you’re bumping in to the lack of flash.
